I’m hopeful this will be the start of some regular communication. It feels more natural than social media.

The move to new premises has gone well, The Good Life is living up to its name, many thanks go to Devon for all her hard work setting up the clinic, including welcoming decoration, a coffee machine and marketing help.

As well as practical changes to make you aware of, I am hoping to bring you along my journey of Chiropractor turning to Nutritional Therapy as an additional tool. This will bring together my 25+years experience of adjusting people with new information about the importance of nourishing your body from the inside.

I recently gained my qualification in Functional Nutrition, and July has seen me passing my Clinical Module to gain registration with the British Association for Nutritional & Lifestyle Therapy (BANT).

As this happens, I will be able to give a personalised approach to help you improve your wellbeing and work towards health goals.
